我公司建于1956年，97年改为股份制企业。2009年在经济开发区扩建新厂，即山东义信重机制造有限公司。主要生产1.6米-20米新式数控立式车床、多向新式数控镗铣床、120吨-10万吨节能压力机、300吨以下大型球墨铸件。获13项科技进步奖，24项国家专利，是山东省高新技术企业、专利明星企业、重合同守信用企业、消费者满意单位。2009年承担国家科技部中小企业创新项目一个，现正在试制加工长50米以下万能重型数控加工机和新式多功能重型数控卧式车床。

    目前，公司已有四大系列新型数控重型机床在生产和试制，已成为国家大力提倡的现代装备制造业的重点企业之一。主要产品都采用新技术、新工艺、节能环保，有多项技术创新领先国内外。产品都自主研发，技术独有，确保不断升级和更新换代。自93年以来，企业自主研发出口美国的弯花机、拆切机，出口德国的球墨铸铁连接器等新产品30余种。 

    Shandong Yixin Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. mainly manufactures new digital vertical lathe, new digital boring-milling machine, energy-saving pressing machine, and large spheroidal graphite iron castings of above 50 tons. With 24 national patents and 13provincial, municipal and county-level science and technology progress awards, the company is a new and high technology enterprise, patent star enterprise, contract-honoring and faith-keeping enterprise and consumer satisfaction organization in Shandong Province.. In 2009, the company is responsible for one of the small and medium-sized enterprise innovation projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China. 

      In the present, the company has been the R&D and manufacturing base of new digital lathes in China. Since 1993, the company has realized independent research and development of more than 30 types of new products, in which 6 types fill the domestic gap in the industry and 3 types reach the advanced level of the similar products in the world。
